Pretoria household Multi-Racial Records presents ‘Syncronize EP’ by burgeoning Soshanguve based production trio N8IVE PEOPLE.

Released just in time for the sunny South African spring and summer seasons, the Extended Play features 7 diversely produced tracks that showcase the deep intent of N8IVE PEOPLE production members Manqoba Ngoma, Sphiwe Nxumalo and Mxolisi Sithole.

The title song of the EP ‘Synchronize’ borders on a deep tech constitute primarily due to its mildly progressive drum arrangement and driven mid-lows, while echoes of the trios soulfulness filter back into the mix through vocal dubs, subtle chords and airy pads.

Deep house lovers are treated to a sure-fire dance floor-filler in ‘Wilder’, with some definitive drum kicks and a well-rounded bassline, its nearly impossible to jam to this song without turning up the gains.

‘Soul n Love’ featuring Kano and Mreppa on vocal duties is a song that lends its influences from various music styles, it cleverly blends soulful melodies with spoken word and broken beats to deliver on a groovy offering that’s reminiscent of a warm summers day out in the park.
